مێهڤانكرن كردەیەكە ژ كردەیێن ئاخڤتنێ، كو پەیوەندی ب پراگماتیكا زمانیڤە هەیە. ئەڤ ڤەكۆلینە ب ناڤونیشان:(كردەیا مێهڤانكرنێ د زمانێ كوردیدا-ڤەكۆلینەكا پراگماتیكییە)، كو هەولددەت ڤەكۆلینێ ل كردەیا مێهڤانكرنێ و جۆر و ستراتیجییێن ئەوێ بكەت، ئەوژی ب مەرەما هندێ داكو گرنگی و ڕۆلێ ئەڤێ كردەیێ د ناڤ ئاخڤتنا خەلكێ گۆڤەرا بەهدینیدا بهێتە دیاركرن، ئەوژی ل دویڤ ڕێباز وەسفی شیكاری هاتییە ئەنجامدان و بۆ گەهشتنا ڕێژەیا بكارهینانا جۆر و ستراتیجییێن مێهڤانكرنێ د ئاخڤتنا خەلكێ گۆڤەرا بەهدینیدا، پشت ب شێوازێ ئاماری هاتییە بەستن. ئارمانجا سەرەكی ژ ئەڤێ ڤەكۆلینێ ئەوە، كو بۆ هەر بارودۆخەكێ هەلبژارتی، ستراتیجییێن بكارهاتی یێن مێهڤانكرنێ بهێنە دیاركرن. ڤەكۆلین ژبلی پێشەكی و ئەنجامان ژ دوو پشكان پێكدهێت. پشكا ئێكێ ب ناڤونیشان:(مێهڤانكرن، ئەرك و جۆر ). ئەڤ پشكە ب گشتی جەختێ ل تێگەه و ئەرك و جۆر و ستراتیجیێن مێهڤانكرنێ دكەت. پشكا دووێ ب ناڤێ(جۆر و ستراتیجیێن مێهڤانكرنێ د زمانێ كوردیدا)یە، كو بەحسێ جۆر و ستراتیجییێن مێهڤانكرنێ یێن بكارهاتی ل دەڤ ئاخڤتنكەرێن گۆڤەرا بەهدینی دكەت.
