Abstract

The research point out on the most prominent issues that emerged in the Arab region following the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union in the 1950's, which both Iraq led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Said and Egypt led by President Gamal Abdel Nasser had his own position. Furthermore, the issue of political differences between Egypt and the Western countries that led to the tripartite aggression against it in 1956 and the position of Iraq, as well as the position of Egypt from the revolution of July 14, 1958 in Iraq.
