PEACE IS A MEANS OF RESOLVING DISPUTES BETWEEN SPOUSES

Abstract

Significance of conciliation is observable in the area of conflicts arising between spouses, likewise its importance in other areas such as civil or commercial or criminal or pecuniary conflicts. Instead of going to the court, Jurists and lawyers of law and Sharia have strived and devoted their papers to finding an alternative method of tackling conflicts between spouses. In consequence, a number of devices have come to practice and the emergence was under various rubrics. In some instances, having a pacifier or a mediator espoused by litigators could be a form of conciliation.  Alongside existence of sort of directorates or private offices where marriage partners supposed to go when dispute arises. The reason beyond creating such alternative solutions is, using the court as a source of solving problems often accompanies with some negative social effects on both partners particularly in our communities. Furthermore, applying alternative methods can help to alleviate effects on both, litigators and the court at the same time.
