دور الجاهزية الاستراتيجية في تحقيق أبعاد التصنيع المستدام دراسة تحليلية لاراء عينة من العاملين في معامل الحديد والصلب في اقليم كوردستان /العراق

Abstract
نسعى من خلال الدراسة الحالية الى ابراز دور الجاهزية الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التصنيع المستدام في معامل الحديد والصلب لاقليم كوردستان العراق ، وهذا يعني ضرورة تحديد موارد المنظمة وكفاءة استخدامها والحد من النفايات لتحقيق التصنيع المستدام ، كذلك جاهزية المنظمة لمواجهة التحديات الاستراتيجية الحالية والمستقبلية في ظل الازمات المتعددة في الوقت الراهن ، وتم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيانة كاداة رئيسة للقياس وتم توزيع (170) استمارة على العاملين . وهدفت الدراسة الى تهيئة واستعداد المنظمات الصناعية في اقليم كردستان العراق من رسم استراتيجياتها المستقبلية في ظل الازمات والاضطرابات مما يمكنها من زيادة جاهزيتها لتحقيق التصنيع المستدام .
واستخدمت الاساليب الاحصائية المتمثلة بالارتباط البسيط والمتعدد بطريقة (Spearman) وذلك للتعرف على علاقات الارتباط بين متغيرات الدراسة وكذلك الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد للتعرف على تأثير المتغير المستقل وأبعاده في المتغير المعتمد. وتوصلت الدراسة الى استنتاج مفاده تبين أن أبعاد القيادة ، الثقافة ، التراصف الاستراتيجي ، التقانة ، الهيكل التنظيمي، والموارد البشرية تؤثر بشكل مباشر بالمتغير المعتمد التصنيع المستدام. اما أهم المقترحات تمثلت بان تمتلك القيادات في المنظمات الصناعية المبحوثة الجاهزية والمقدرة على حل المشاكل البيئية الناجمة عن المخلفات التي تفرزها العميات الإنتاجية وذلك من خلال تبني الأفكار الجديدة وصولاً لتحقيق التصنيع المستدام
