دور التعليم الريادي في تعزيز الجاهزية الريادية دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من طلاب وخريجي جامعات محافظة دهوك

Abstract
سعى البحث الحالي إلى تحديد طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين التعليم الريادي والجاهزية الريادية وفقًا لآراء عدد من طلاب وخريجي جامعات محافظة دهوك. أُجري هذا البحث بالاعتماد على المنطق الاستدلالي؛ ولتحقيق هدفه، تم صياغة ثلاثة فرضيات رئيسة مفادها وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين التعليم الريادي والجاهزية الريادية؛ ووجود تأثير معنوي للتعليم الريادي في الجاهزية الريادية؛ ووجود فروقات معنوية لدى الأفراد المبحوثين تجاه متغيرات البحث تبعاً لسمات متعلقة بهم. لاختبار صحة الفرضيات، تم إعداد استمارة استبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية تمثلت بعدد من طلاب وخريجي خمسة جامعات عاملة في محافظة دهوك. تم الحصول على (365) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، والتي تم تحليلها من خلال مجموعة من الأساليب الاحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS V26). توصل البحث إلى مجموعة استنتاجات، منها أن هناك ترابط ملحوظ ومهم بين التعليم الريادي والجاهزية الريادية، وعلى هذا فانه من المتوقع أن يكون الطلاب والخريجين أكثر جاهزية ريادياً إذا ما تلقوا تعليماً ريادياً من خلال المواد الدراسية والمناهج العملية التي تتعلق بالريادية وكذلك من خلال اتاحة كافة المواد اللازمة لدعم الانشطة الريادية في الجامعة. وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات، منها ضرورة قيام الجامعات المبحوثة بإدراج مادة الريادة في منهج جميع أقسامها نظرا لاهميتها في مساعدة الطلاب والخريجين على اكتساب مهارات التفكير الريادي وجعلهم جاهزين لاقامة مشاريع أعمال خاصة بهم، وبالتالي تخريج صانعي وظائف بدلا من الباحثين عن الوظائف
