Abstract

لە دوای نسکۆی ١٩٧٥، زیاتر لە چوار هەزار گوند، ئاوەدانی و ناوچە کشتوکاڵییەکانی باشووری کوردستان تەقێندرانەوە و خاپوورکران، دانیشتوانەکەشی بەکۆمەڵ ڕاگوێزران بۆ کامپە زۆرەملێکان، بەمەبەستی لەکارخستن و سنووردارکردنی هەموو توانا ئابووری و کۆمەڵایەتی و لۆجستی و سیاسییەکانی خەڵكی کوردستان. لەهەموو ڕووەکانەوە، هەوڵیان دا توانا ماددی و مەعنەوییەکانی خەڵك تاقەتپڕوکێن و سنووردار بکەن. لەو بارەیەشەوە، پاساوەکانی حیزبی بەعسی دەستەڵاتدار لە عێراق، کە ئەوکاتە لەژێر هەژموونی کەمینەی عەرەبی سوننەدا بوو، لەڕواڵەتەوە بەرنامەی "پەرەپێدانی باکووری عێراق" بوو بەڵام لەگەوهەردا، ئامادەکارییەکی دوژمنکارانە بوو بۆ کۆتاییهێنان بە پرسی کورد و تێکشکاندنی بزووتنەوەی سیاسی خەڵكی کوردستان، لەڕێگای ئەنجامدانی پڕۆسەی جینۆساید و شکاندنی شکۆی خەڵكی کوردستان و لەناوبردنییان بەچەندین شێوازی جیاوازەوە. بۆ ئەم مەبەستەش، بەعسییەکان ستراتیژیەتێکی سیاسی و ئایدیۆلۆژییان گرتەبەر، بەمەبەستی کۆتاییهێنان بەهەموو جۆرە ئازادییەکی سیاسی، ئابووری و کولتوری.
لەو توێژینەوەیەدا، هەوڵ دراوە لە گەوهەری ئەو پرۆسەیە نزیك ببینەوە، لەڕێگای چوارچێوەیەكی تیۆری کە نۆربێرت ئەلیاس ناوی ناوە "هێرشی بەشارستانی کردن" بەمەبەستی دەسنیشانکردنی ئەو دیوە شاردراوانەی ئامانجەکانی بەعس و ڕەفتارەکانی وەکو کۆلۆنیالیستێکی ناوخۆییانە. بۆ ئەم مەبەستەش، وێڕای دۆکومێنت و بەڵگەنامەکانی بەعس لەوبارەیەوە، زیاتر لە چواردە ئینتەرڤیو لەگەڵ شاهیدحاڵەکانی کێڵگەی توێژینەوە ئەنجام دراون، بۆ ئەوەی لەڕووی کۆمەڵایەتی و دەروونی و ئابوورییەوە، دۆخی ئەوکاتەی خەڵك شڕۆڤەبکرێت و ئەو ئەرگومێنتەش ڕوونبکەینەوە کە بەعسییەکان وەکو پاساوێك بەکارییان هێنا داخۆ هەر بەڕاستی پڕۆسەی پەرەپێدانی باکووری عێراق ئەنجام درا، یاخود وێڕان و خاپوور کرا؟
